The hotel has 410 rooms spread across 5 floors, a reception hall with a reception desk, a lobby bar with a terrace, elevators, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a conference room (for a fee, subject to availability and reservation), a buffet restaurant with a terrace, and a "Food Corner" with an outdoor terrace.
In the approx. 7,000 m² garden area with subtropical vegetation, there are 2 swimming pools (one of which is heated), sun terraces with loungers and parasols (subject to availability), as well as a pool bar and a self-service station with drinks. Additionally, there is a small water park with slides, a splash zone, a pool, and a baby pool, as well as a sun terrace with loungers and parasols.

Furnished identically to the Standard Double Rooms, with a large furnished terrace with sun loungers, and additionally a small whirlpool, outdoor shower, and is centrally located above the main pools and evening entertainment areas (DSU).
