Boutique apartment complex with a total of 18 units, located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, in the third row from the beach and quietly situated on a side street.
The beach promenade is approximately 100 m away, and the popular Yumbo Center shopping mall is about a 10-minute walk away, while Cita is about a 5-minute walk away.

The adults-only complex (from 18 years) has a reception (staffed for a few hours several times a week), Wi-Fi (included) in the reception area.
The beautifully designed outdoor area features a swimming pool (can be heated in winter) with sun loungers.
On the roof, there is a sun terrace with loungers and a whirlpool, as well as a separate FKK (nudist) area with loungers.

Hotel Service

Cleaning 3 times a week (excluding kitchen area), bed linen changed once a week, towels changed 3 times a week.
