Location

This first-class adults-only hotel of the Lopesan group is located directly by the sea, right next to the Maspalomas lighthouse.
The sandy beach can be reached directly from the hotel.
The airport is approx. 35 km away.

Facilities

The adults-only hotel with 180 rooms features a lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, elevators, a lobby bar with panoramic sea views and a terrace, a buffet restaurant, and an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee/with on-site reservation).
The outdoor area features a swimming pool (can be heated in winter) with a sun terrace, sun loungers, parasols, as well as a pool bar with refreshing cocktails and a large selection of drinks.
In addition, the hotel has a rooftop terrace (for a fee) with a spectacular view, as well as a restaurant, 2 small pools, sun loungers (for a fee/subject to availability), seating areas, a bar (hotel guests pay €30 per person/day as credit, which can be used there from Monday to Sunday), and music—perfect for enjoying the sunset. Music/live music is played on the rooftop terrace several times a week/on weekends.
Pool towels are included at the hotel.

Deluxe Double Room

The rooms are modernly furnished, approx. 35 m² in size, and feature air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe (free), satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, beach bag, pool towels, and slippers, an open-plan bathroom (partially with glass front) with shower/WC, hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony.
These rooms are located on the land side (DD2).
Also available for single occupancy (DD1).
Also available as Type I (D2I/D1I) as a limited quota at a special price.

Superior Double Room with lateral sea view

Equipped the same as the Deluxe Standard Double Rooms, additionally located towards the dunes side or the lighthouse and with a lateral sea view.
Rooms facing the dunes are located on the 4th-5th floor; rooms with a view of the lighthouse are on the 1st-5th floor (D2S).

Breakfast buffet (partially also menu choice).
Dinner in buffet form or à la carte with exquisite dishes from international and regional cuisine as well as theme evenings. In addition, there is the possibility ("Dine Around") to have dinner in buffet form at the Lopesan Baobab, at the Lopesan Costa Meloneras, or at the Lopesan Villa del Conde (subject to availability/with on-site reservation).
With half board Plus/Premium: there is additionally the possibility to have dinner in one of the selected à-la-carte restaurants of the surrounding Lopesan hotels (more detailed information on site) (subject to availability/with on-site reservation).
Different dining times are assigned.
Christmas and New Year's Eve galas must be taken in the booked hotel.
