The ideally located apartment complex, popular with guests, comprises a total of 52 units spread across several 2 to 3-story individual apartment buildings, each with 12 or 6 apartments, and a communal pool.
It features a central reception with safety deposit boxes, a small internet corner (for a fee), a reception (open for a few hours daily), and a small mini-market (all located in the Amapola building).
