The apartment building, newly constructed in 2021, is located only approx. 300 meters from the famous Las Canteras beach.
In the surrounding area, there are numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants and bars, as well as bus connections and the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium.
The airport is located approx. 25 km away.

1-bedroom apartment

The inviting apartments (up to approx. 63 m²) feature a living area, smart TV (free), a separate bedroom, air conditioning (free/centrally controlled), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, a small dining area, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony (A12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (A11).

2-bedroom apartments

Equipped the same as the 1-bedroom apartments, but more spacious (approx. 75 m²) and featuring an additional 2nd separate bedroom (A22).
Also bookable as Type I with limited inventory at a special price (22I).

Equipped the same as the 2-bedroom apartments, but more spacious (approx. 106 m²) and featuring an additional 3rd separate bedroom and another bathroom, split over two levels (stairs present). (DU3)
