Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable ambiance for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), as well as Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some twin beds are available. The well-thought-out design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda have a large window or, in some cases, portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (some twin beds). Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The well-thought-out design and the spacious feel make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. Your own balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with twin beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants ensure culinary diversity with specialties from all over the world. These include, among others, a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola," as well as the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared by oneself (partly for a fee and by reservation). The dining times in the main restaurants are determined by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, as well as two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers varied culinary moments for every taste.

In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian gourmet package can be booked. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of day. These include, among others, cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is completed by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The beverage package ensures varied culinary moments and underlines the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and weight machines allow for sporting activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports field as well as a jogging track are also available, offering numerous possibilities for exercise and sporting balance under the open sky. Thus, activity, relaxation, and the holiday experience can be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sporting activities, various courses such as yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional support can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). Thus, your personal fitness program can also be flexibly designed during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok children's club. While the youngest guests can let off steam in the Mini-Club (3–6 years) with games and creative activities, the Maxi-Club (7–11 years) has a diverse entertainment and activity program in store.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) as well as the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. Thus, young guests find the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.
The offer is supplemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides additional leisure fun on board.

Wellness

Bright massage room with ocean view through large windows, cozy atmosphere.
The Samsara Spa (for a fee) extends over around 6,000 m² on four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Facilities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, a solarium, as well as several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by various wellness, beauty, and massage treatments that invite you to enjoy relaxing breaks and pure regeneration in a stylish ambiance.

Entertainment

Varied entertainment is provided by spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a discotheque, as well as a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse onboard program offers numerous possibilities during the day and in the evening for entertaining hours at sea.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area as well as a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which allows for impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric theme nights, interactive events, and other onboard events, which provide for convivial hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky Cabin: When booking a Lucky Cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside, or balcony cabin) is chosen; the assignment of the cabin number and deck is done by Costa. This may include, among other things, cabins with twin beds, connecting doors, restricted views, or barrier-free cabins. The dining time in the main restaurants is also determined by Costa.
