Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable ambiance for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee) and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some have separate beds. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda have a large window or sometimes portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean-view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (some have separate beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful design and the generous sense of space make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants ensure culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the pizzeria "Pummid’Oro", the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" as well as the "Laboratorio del Gusto", where selected dishes can be prepared yourself (partly for a fee and reservation required). The meal times in the main restaurants are determined by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the Sports Bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café as well as two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers varied moments of indulgence for every taste.

In addition to full board services, the MyItalian indulgence package can be booked. This includes a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of day. These include cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano as well as beer, soft drinks and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, spirits and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé and white wines, Prosecco and Spumante. The offer is supplemented by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength equipment allow for sports activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports field and a jogging track are also available, offering numerous opportunities for movement and sporting balance in the fresh air. This way, activity, relaxation and holiday experience can be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sports activities, various classes such as yoga, Pilates and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional support can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This way, your personal fitness program can be flexibly arranged even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Children's Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam with games and creative activities in the Mini Club (3–6 years), the Maxi Club (7–11 years) has a varied entertainment and activity program ready.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) as well as the Teen Club (15–17 years) with age-appropriate activities, games and meeting points are available. Thus, young guests find the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holidays.
The offer is supplemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which ensures additional leisure fun on board.

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) extends over around 6,000 m² on four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Facilities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, solarium as well as several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by diverse wellness, beauty and massage treatments that invite you to relaxing time-outs and pure regeneration in a stylish ambiance.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, there are spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a disco as well as a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The varied onboard program offers numerous opportunities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, there are four pools available, including a covered pool area as well as a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of around 65 meters, which allows impressive views of the sea.

Lucky cabin: When booking a lucky cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside or balcony cabin) is selected, while the assignment of cabin number and deck is done by Costa.
