Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable setting for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee) and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some twin beds are available. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and a high level of living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda have a large window or sometimes portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (some twin beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The well-thought-out design and the spacious feeling make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. Your own balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with twin beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the pizzeria "Pummid’Oro," the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared yourself (partly for a fee and by reservation). Mealtimes in the main restaurants are determined by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers varied culinary moments for every taste.

In addition to full board services, the MyItalian indulgence package can be booked. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of the day. These include cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano as well as beer, soft drinks and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé and white wines, Prosecco and Spumante. The offer is complemented by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. Sports for a fee

For additional sporting activities, various courses such as yoga, Pilates and Kinesis are available in the aerobics studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional supervision can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows you to flexibly shape your personal fitness program even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Kids Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam in the Mini Club (3–6 years) with games and creative activities, the Maxi Club (7–11 years) has a diverse entertainment and activity program ready.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games and meeting points. Thus, young guests find the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) extends over about 6,000 m² on four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Amenities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, solarium and several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by various wellness, beauty and massage treatments that invite you to relaxing time-outs and pure regeneration in a stylish ambiance.

Entertainment

Varied entertainment is provided by spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a nightclub and a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse onboard program offers numerous opportunities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, there are four pools available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which enables impressive views of the sea.

Lucky cabin: When booking a lucky cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside or balcony cabin) is selected, and the assignment of the cabin number and deck is made by Costa. This may include cabins with twin beds, connecting doors, restricted views or accessible cabins. The seating time in the main restaurants is also determined by Costa.

To the nearest extended sandy cove approx. 100 m, the sandy beach of Playa del Inglés is approx. 600 m away (both accessible via stairs).
