Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable ambiance for restful days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee) and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on cabin location and category, separate beds are sometimes available. The well-thought-out design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or sometimes portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the sea view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (sometimes separate beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The well-thought-out design and spacious room feel make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the "Laboratorio del Gusto", where selected dishes can be prepared by oneself (partly for a fee and reservation required). The dining times in the main restaurants are determined by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers diverse moments of enjoyment for every taste.

In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian enjoyment package can be booked. This includes a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of day. These include cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano as well as beer, soft drinks and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé and white wines, Prosecco and Spumante. The offer is rounded off by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The drink package ensures varied moments of enjoyment and underscores the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength machines enable sporting activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports court and a jogging track are also available, offering numerous possibilities for movement and sporting balance under the open sky. Thus, activity, relaxation and holiday experience can be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sporting activities, various classes such as yoga, pilates and kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional supervision can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). Thus, one's personal fitness program can also be designed flexibly during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Kids Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam in the Mini Club (3–6 years) with games and creative activities, the Maxi Club (7–11 years) provides a diverse entertainment and activity program.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games and meeting points. Thus, young guests find the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.
The offer is supplemented by a children's paddling pool and an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides additional leisure fun on board.

Wellness

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) extends over about 6,000 m² on four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Features include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, solarium and several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by varied wellness, beauty and massage treatments that invite you to restful time-outs and pure regeneration in a stylish ambiance.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a disco and a casino for guests aged 18 and over are provided. The diverse onboard program offers numerous possibilities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua-Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which allows for impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric theme nights, interactive events and other onboard events that ensure sociable hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky Cabin: When booking a lucky cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside or balcony cabin) is selected; the assignment of the cabin number and deck is done by Costa. This may include cabins with separate beds, connecting doors, restricted views or barrier-free cabins. The dining time in the main restaurants is also determined by Costa.
