Accommodation

Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable ambiance for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), as well as Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some cabins have twin beds. The well-thought-out design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or, in some cases, portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (some with twin beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The well-thought-out design and the spacious room layout make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with twin beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include, among others, a buffet restaurant, the pizzeria "Pummid’Oro," the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola," as well as the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared by guests themselves (partly for a fee and by reservation). The dining times in the main restaurants are set by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, as well as two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers diverse culinary moments for every taste.

In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian indulgence package can be booked. This includes a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at any time of day. These include, among others, cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties by Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is rounded off by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The beverage package ensures varied culinary moments and emphasizes the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and weight machines allow for athletic activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports court and a jogging track are also available and offer numerous opportunities for exercise and athletic balance in the fresh air. This allows activity, relaxation, and the holiday experience to be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional athletic activities, various courses such as yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobics studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional support can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows you to flexibly shape your personal fitness program even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok kids' club. While the youngest guests can let off steam with games and creative activities in the Mini Club (3–6 years), the Maxi Club (7–11 years) has a diverse entertainment and activity program ready.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. Thus, young guests find the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.
The offer is supplemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides additional leisure fun on board.

Wellness

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) covers around 6,000 m² over four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Amenities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, a solarium, as well as several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by diverse wellness, beauty, and massage treatments that invite you to have relaxing breaks and pure regeneration in a stylish ambiance.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, spectacular shows are held in the theater, along with live music, a piano bar, a discotheque, and a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse onboard program offers numerous opportunities for enjoyable hours at sea, both during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua-Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which allows for impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric theme evenings, interactive events, and other onboard events that ensure sociable hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky cabin: When booking a lucky cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside, or balcony cabin) is selected, but the assignment of the cabin number and deck is done by Costa. This may include, for example, cabins with twin beds, connecting doors, restricted views, or accessible cabins. The dining time in the main restaurants is also set by Costa.

Tastefully furnished hotel in typical Canarian style with wooden balconies, lobby with gallery and reception, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (free), TV corner, restaurant.
