Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable setting for relaxing days at sea. Amenities include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some twin beds are available. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or, in some cases, portholes and offer a beautiful ocean view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (partially twin beds). Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, and minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful design and spacious feeling make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. Your own balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, and minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with twin beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants ensure culinary diversity with specialties from all over the world. These include, among others, a buffet restaurant, the pizzeria "Pummid’Oro," the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola," as well as the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where you can prepare selected dishes yourself (partially for a fee and by reservation). Table times in the main restaurants are set by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is complemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers varied moments of pleasure for every taste.

In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian enjoyment package can be booked. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of day. This includes, among others, cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is complemented by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The drink package ensures varied moments of pleasure and underscores the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and weight machines enable sporting activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports field and a jogging track are also available and offer numerous opportunities for movement and sporting balance in the open air. This allows activity, relaxation, and a holiday experience on the Costa Smeralda to be optimally combined.

Sports for a fee

For additional sporting activities, various courses such as yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional supervision can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows you to flexibly design your personal fitness program even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Kids Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam in the Mini Club (3–6 years) with games and creative activities, the Maxi Club (7–11 years) offers a diverse entertainment and activities program.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. This ensures young guests have the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.
The offer is rounded off by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides additional leisure fun on board.

Wellness

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) covers around 6,000 m² over four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Amenities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, solarium, as well as several whirlpools.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, there are spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a disco, as well as a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse onboard program offers numerous possibilities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area as well as a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which allows for impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric theme nights, interactive events, and other onboard events that ensure sociable hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky cabin: When booking a lucky cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside, or balcony cabin) is selected; the assignment of cabin number and deck is done by Costa. This may include cabins with twin beds, connecting doors, restricted views, or accessible cabins. The table time in the main restaurants is also set by Costa.

Persons residing in OFAC-sanctioned areas cannot participate in Costa cruises. For nationals of Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Ukraine, boarding is only possible with proof of permanent residence outside these areas.

To the next larger sandy bay approx. 100 m, the sandy beach of Playa del Inglés is approx. 600 m away (both accessible via stairs).
In the vicinity, there are shopping opportunities, restaurants, and bars.
Next to the hotel, there is a bus stop.
The airport is approx. 28 km away.

Amenities

Tastefully furnished hotel in a typical Canarian style with wooden balconies, lobby with gallery and reception, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (free), TV corner, restaurant.
In the outdoor area, there is a beautifully landscaped tropical garden with a swimming pool (heatable in winter), children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers, pads, and parasols, and a pool/snack bar as well as a playground.

Also bookable as double room type I (DI) with the same amenities, as a limited allotment and at a special price.
