Accommodation

Interior cabin

The modern and functionally furnished interior cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable environment for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approximately 13 m², the interior cabins can accommodate up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some offer twin beds. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Ocean View cabin

The ocean view cabins on the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or portholes, offering a beautiful view of the sea. With a size of approximately 20 m², these cabins can accommodate 2 to 4 people (some with twin beds). Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The clever design and spacious feel make the ocean view cabin a comfortable retreat during your cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins on the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approximately 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with twin beds.

Meals

Full Board

A total of 11 restaurants on board provide culinary variety with specialties from around the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola," and the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared personally (partly for a fee and by reservation). Dining times in the main restaurants are set by Costa.
The gastronomic offerings are supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers varied delights for every taste.

The "MyItalian" indulgence package can be added to the full board services. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at any time of day. This includes cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, spirits, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is rounded off by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The drink package ensures varied moments of enjoyment and underscores the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensive and modern fitness center with a magnificent sea view provides ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength machines enable athletic activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports court and a jogging track are also available, offering numerous opportunities for physical activity and sporting balance in the open air. This allows for an optimal combination of activity, relaxation, and holiday experience on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sporting activities, the aerobics studio offers various courses such as Yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional supervision can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows you to manage your personal fitness program flexibly even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program at the popular Squok Kids Club. While the youngest guests can play and enjoy creative activities at the Mini Club (3–6 years), the Maxi Club (7–11 years) offers a diverse entertainment and activities program.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. This allows young guests to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.
The offering is supplemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides extra leisure fun on board.

Wellness

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) covers approximately 6,000 m² over four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Amenities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, a solarium, and several whirlpools.
The wellness offering is rounded off by diverse wellness, beauty, and massage treatments that invite guests to enjoy relaxing breaks and pure regeneration in a stylish ambiance.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, enjoy spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a disco, and a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse on-board program offers numerous opportunities during the day and in the evening for entertaining hours at sea.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions, as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which offers impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric theme nights, interactive events, and other on-board festivities that ensure social hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky Cabin: When booking a Lucky Cabin, the desired cabin category (interior, ocean view, or balcony cabin) is selected, but the allocation of the cabin number and deck is done by Costa. This may include cabins with twin beds, connecting doors, limited views, or accessible cabins. Dining times in the main restaurants are also determined by Costa.
