Centrally and relatively quietly located, about a 10-minute walk to the promenade and the sandy beach (partly via stairs).
Adjacent is the shopping center "La Sandia" with restaurants and bars.
The shopping center "Yumbo" with many bars, restaurants, and cafes, as well as various shopping opportunities, is just a few minutes' walk away.
The airport is about 30 km away.

The hotel, modernized in 2024, is located on different levels (7 or 12 floors) due to its hillside location and construction, with 127 units.
It offers a reception area with seating and reception, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (free), elevator, and an inviting buffet restaurant.
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter), a whirlpool, sun loungers and umbrellas, Bali beds, and a pool/snackbar.

Junior Suite

The comfortable rooms (approx. 31 m²) have a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, a small refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning (free), bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (JS2).
Also available for single use (JS1).

Equipped the same as the Junior Suite, but with a larger balcony with seating area (JU2).

Junior Suite Deluxe

Equipped the same as the Junior Suite Superior, but with "Rituals" toiletries, daily turn-down service, and a large terrace with seating and sun loungers.
The Junior Suites Deluxe are located on the top two floors (J2D).
