Centrally located and relatively quiet, approximately a 10-minute walk to the promenade and the sandy beach (partly via stairs).
Adjacent is the "La Sandia" shopping center with restaurants and bars.
The "Yumbo" shopping center, with many bars, restaurants, and cafes, as well as various shopping opportunities, is just a few minutes' walk away.
The airport is approximately 30 km away.
