Balcony cabin

A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a cozy hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. Thoughtful interior design, a comfortable double bed, optional additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being above the waves.

Arco Iris

Location

This beautiful and quiet complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, right by the pedestrian promenade above the beach with a fantastic panoramic view over the sea.
You can reach the sandy beach directly via the adjacent promenade in just a few minutes' walk.
The popular "Yumbo" shopping and entertainment center is approx. 1 km away, and the "Cita" entertainment center is approx. 300 m to 400 m away.
The airport is approx. 31 km away.

Amenities

The beautiful complex has a total of 117 apartments, divided into six blocks, with a small reception and a mini-market.
Each block has a separate garden area with a well-maintained lawn, a swimming pool with sun loungers, which faces the sea and offers a dreamlike view over the dunes.
The pool in blocks 2, 4, and 7 can be heated in winter (all guests can use every pool in every block).
Wi-Fi (for a fee) is available to guests throughout the complex and in the apartments.

Superior Apartment Sea Side

Renovated in 2025, the apartments (approx. 35-40m²) are pleasantly furnished with a separate bedroom (2 separate beds), a living room with sleeping space for a third person, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, flat-screen satellite TV and safe (free of charge), as well as a furnished terrace.
All apartments face the sea and the pools, but not all have a sea view.
The apartments on the sea side are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the pool (steps present) (AM2).
Also bookable for single use (1WM).

Superior Apartment Sea View
