Balcony cabin

A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a comfortable hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. A well-thought-out room design, a comfortable double bed, potential additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being above the waves.

Directly by the sea and the beach promenade, approx. 1 km from the Maspalomas lighthouse.
It is approx. 1.4 km to the dunes and the main beach, and approx. 650 m to the small natural bay (partially stony beach) of Meloneras.
The "Varadero" shopping center with shops, restaurants, and bars is in the neighborhood.
The airport is approx. 36 km away.

The popular approx. 56,000 m² hotel of the Lopesan group reflects the traditional Canarian architectural style.
Particularly noteworthy is the impressive lobby with lobby bar, which is an imitation of one of the oldest and most traditional churches of Gran Canaria, with its two towers, the bell tower, and the central dome.
