A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. Your own balcony (3–10 m²) with a cozy hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. Thoughtful room design, a comfortable double bed, potential additional sleeping options, and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being above the waves.

Directly by the sea and the beach promenade, approx. 1 km away from the Maspalomas lighthouse.
The dunes and the main beach are approx. 1.4 km away, and the small natural bay (partly pebble beach) of Meloneras is approx. 650 m away.
The "Varadero" shopping center with shops, restaurants, and bars is in the neighborhood.
The airport is approx. 36 km away.

The popular, approx. 56,000 m² large hotel of the Lopesan Group reflects the traditional Canarian architectural style.
Particularly noteworthy is the impressive lobby with a lobby bar, which is an imitation of one of the oldest and most traditional churches in Gran Canaria, with its two towers, the bell tower, and the central dome.

Equipped the same as the double rooms, but slightly more spacious (approx. 51 m²) and located on the top floor with sea view and including UNIQUE Service (DM) bookable.
