A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. Your own balcony (3–10 m²) with a comfortable hammock offers fantastic views of the sea. A well-thought-out room design, a comfortable double bed, optional additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being above the waves.

Directly by the sea and the beach promenade, approx. 1 km from the Maspalomas lighthouse.
It is approx. 1.4 km to the dunes and the main beach, and approx. 650 m to the small natural bay (partially stony beach) of Meloneras.
The "Varadero" shopping center with shops, restaurants, and bars is in the neighborhood.
The airport is approx. 36 km away.

Particularly noteworthy is the impressive reception hall with lobby bar, which is a copy of one of the oldest and most traditional churches in Gran Canaria, with its two towers, clock tower, and central dome.
