Balcony cabin

A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a cozy hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. A well-thought-out room design, a comfortable double bed, optionally additional sleeping possibilities, and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being above the waves.

In four buffet restaurants, specialties from the best kitchens of the world await, accompanied by included table drinks such as soft drinks, beer, and wine.

Directly by the sea and the beach promenade, approx. 1 km from the Maspalomas lighthouse.
To the dunes and the main beach it is approx. 1.4 km, to the small natural bay (partly stone beach) of Meloneras approx. 650 m.
The shopping center "Varadero" with shops, restaurants, and bars is in the neighborhood.
The airport is approx. 36 km away.

Particularly noteworthy is the impressive lobby with a lobby bar, which is a replica of one of the oldest and most traditional churches of Gran Canaria, with its two towers, the bell tower, and the central dome.
