Balcony cabin

A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a comfortable hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. Thoughtful room design, a comfortable double bed, potential additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxing oasis of well-being above the waves.

Arco Iris

Location

This beautiful and quiet complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade above the beach with a fantastic panoramic view over the sea.
You can reach the sandy beach directly via the adjacent promenade in just a few minutes' walk.
The popular shopping and entertainment center "Yumbo" is approx. 1 km away, the entertainment center "Cita" is approx. 300 m to 400 m away.
The airport is approx. 31 km away.

The beautiful complex has a total of 117 apartments, divided into six blocks, with a small reception and a mini market.
Each block has a separate garden area with a well-kept lawn, swimming pool with sun loungers, which is oriented towards the sea and offers a fantastic view over the dunes.
The pool in blocks 2, 4, and 7 is heatable in winter (all guests can use every pool in every block).
Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the entire complex and in the apartments (for a fee).

Apartment Superior Sea Side

The apartments (approx. 35-40m²), renovated in 2025, are friendly furnished with a separate bedroom (2 separate beds), living room with sleeping possibility for the third person, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, flat-screen satellite TV, and safe (free of charge) as well as a furnished terrace.
All apartments are oriented towards the sea and the pools, but not all have sea views.
The apartments on the sea side are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the pool (steps present) (AM2).
Also bookable for single use (1WM).
