A spot in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. Your own balcony (3–10 m²) with a cozy hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. Thoughtful room design, a comfortable double bed, optional additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxing oasis of well-being above the waves.

Directly by the sea and the beach promenade, approx. 1 km from the Maspalomas lighthouse.
It is approx. 1.4 km to the dunes and the main beach, and approx. 650 m to the small natural cove (partly pebble beach) of Meloneras.
The "Varadero" shopping center with shops, restaurants, and bars is located in the neighborhood.
The airport is approx. 36 km away.

Facilities

The popular, approx. 56,000 m² hotel of the Lopesan Group reflects the traditional Canarian architectural style.
Of particular note is the impressive lobby with lobby bar, which is an imitation of one of Gran Canaria's oldest and most traditional churches, featuring two towers, a bell tower, and a central dome.
The elegant 5-star hotel has 561 rooms spread across several buildings, with elevators, reception, buffet restaurants (open subject to occupancy), à-la-carte restaurants (open subject to occupancy and at different times), and bars.
