A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a comfortable hammock offers dreamlike views of the sea. Thoughtful room layout, a comfortable double bed, optional additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being above the waves.

The popular hotel is located directly by the sea in front of an inviting promenade with numerous bars, restaurants, boutiques, and other shopping facilities in the area.
It is approx. 300 m to the famous nature reserve of the dunes and the main beach of Maspalomas.
It is approx. 35 km to the airport.

Facilities

This spectacular hotel complex with 1,138 rooms is spread over several building wings with up to 8 floors.
It offers an imposing reception area with a front desk and seating, elevators, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, as well as bars, the main buffet restaurant with a food market, and several à-la-carte restaurants (for a fee, various opening hours, open depending on capacity, with reservation on site).
In the outdoor area, in the middle of the garden, you will find the large infinity pool with a small man-made beach as well as 4 further swimming pools (one of them in the Unique area and only for Unique customers/two of them can be heated in winter), with sun loungers and parasols, as well as several pool/snack bars.

Extensive breakfast buffet and evening buffet with show-cooking in food-market style with local and national cuisine, Italian and Asian dishes, snacks, cheese selection, a selection of fish and meat as well as salads and fruit.
With half board, there is the possibility ("Dine Around") to have dinner in buffet form at the Lopesan Baobab or Lopesan Villa del Conde (subject to availability/with reservation on site).
