The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a comfortable hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. The Kumara Serenoa by Lopesan Hotels is located in the Campo Internacional holiday area in Maspalomas, in the south of Gran Canaria.
The exclusive tourist area of Meloneras with shopping facilities as well as bars and restaurants and a beautiful promenade is approx. 3.5 km away.
The sandy beach of Maspalomas is approx. 3.5 km away, and it is approx. 4 km to the center of Playa del Inglés.
Free shuttle bus several times a day (subject to availability) to the beach.
The airport is approx. 34 km away.

The hotel features 144 modernly designed rooms, a lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace.
