Balcony cabin

A spot in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. Your own balcony (3–10 m²) with a cozy hammock opens up dreamy views of the sea. Thoughtful interior design, a comfortable double bed, optional additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being above the waves.

Veranda cabin Comfort

More space for real holiday moments: The Veranda Comfort cabins offer around 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. Modern furnishings, a stylish bathroom, and special amenity features—from walk-in closets to separate areas for showers and toilets—create a particularly pleasant living atmosphere. The hammock on the veranda turns the view of the sea into the perfect moment of indulgence.

From aromatic coffee for early risers to freshly baked pancakes in the morning and a leisurely dinner after an eventful day: the buffet restaurants offer culinary variety that leaves nothing to be desired. Table drinks such as soft drinks, beer, and wine are included.

The Kumara Serenoa by Lopesan Hotels is located in the Campo Internacional holiday area in Maspalomas, in the south of Gran Canaria.
The exclusive tourist area of Meloneras, with shopping opportunities as well as bars, restaurants, and a beautiful promenade, is located approximately 3.5 km away.
The sandy beach of Maspalomas is approximately 3.5 km away, and it is approximately 4 km to the centre of Playa del Inglés.
Free shuttle bus (subject to availability) to the beach several times daily.
The airport is located approximately 34 km away.

The hotel features 144 modern-style rooms, a lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace.
