Located in the holiday area of Maspalomas.
The sandy beach of Maspalomas is approx. 2.5 km away and it is approx. 3.5 km to the centre of Playa del Inglés.

The extensive holiday resort with 120 residential units features a reception, Wi-Fi (available free of charge throughout the complex) and a restaurant.

The suites (approx. 35 m²) are modernly furnished and feature a combined living/bedroom with sleeping space for the 3rd person, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, air conditioning (free of charge/centrally controlled), flat-screen satellite TV, rental safe, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as two furnished terraces (S2).
Also available to book for single occupancy (S1).
