The complex is separated from the sea only by a small promenade and is located directly on the waterfront. The nearest small sandy beach is approx. 500 m away. Shops, bars, and restaurants are located approx. 1 km away.

The resort, newly built in 2020, has 87 units and features a reception area with a lounge, free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a supermarket, and a small shop. There is also a breakfast area and several à la carte restaurants (open at different times depending on occupancy).
In the outdoor area, above the reception building, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter) with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and sunshades.
A beach club completes the offering with another large infinity pool with a sun terrace, sun loungers (subject to availability, free Monday to Friday, a reduced fee for hotel guests on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and sunshades, as well as a bar.
