Balcony Cabin

A spot in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with private outdoor space. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a cozy hammock offers dreamlike sea views. Well-designed spaces, a comfortable double bed, optional additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being on the waves.

Location

Located directly on the sandy beach of Costa Calma (partially interrupted by cliffs and rock formations). The shopping center "Centro Comercial Sotavento" is nearby. The airport is approximately 62 km away.

Well-known and very popular holiday complex, consisting of 6 building sections with a total of 310 accommodation units. Facilities include a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, restaurant, snack bar, mini-market, boutique, theater, and 2 swimming pools (heated in winter), an activity pool and a quiet pool (seasonally open) with sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

Super Saver Apartment

These are equipped like Type A apartments but have a limited quota and are in a less preferred location. (SSA).

Apartment (FUEA06/FUEB20)

The comfortably furnished apartments have a bathroom or shower/WC, a combined living/sleeping area with two sofa beds (each 1.60m long), a separate bedroom, telephone, television, kitchenette, safety deposit box for rent, and a balcony or terrace. Optionally available with sea view (2AM), for single use (A11), or as a saver apartment (SSA max. 2 adults).

Half Board

Breakfast and dinner with a varied buffet (two dinner sittings). From 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, a reduced late riser breakfast is available.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style with hot and cold dishes. (Two dinner sittings). Drinks served in the restaurant include house wine, beer, table water, juices, and soft drinks.
A selection of good national/local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the AI menu at the bar from 11 AM to 11 PM. International drinks are also available (these are not included in AI, but AI guests receive a special price). At certain times in the afternoon, portioned ice cream, sandwiches, and cakes are served.
The AI service is personalized and therefore not transferable. To avoid misunderstandings when ordering, wearing the wristbands visibly is mandatory. Therefore, please order drinks individually and only per person.
