Balcony Cabin

A spot in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 sqm) combine modern living with private outdoor space. The private balcony (3–10 sqm) with a cozy hammock offers dreamlike sea views. Thoughtful room design, a comfortable double bed, potential additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxing oasis above the waves.

Located directly on the sandy beach of Costa Calma (partially interrupted by cliffs and rocky outcrops). The shopping center "Centro Comercial Sotavento" is nearby. The airport is approximately 62 km away.

Facilities

Well-known and very popular holiday complex, consisting of 6 buildings with a total of 310 units. Facilities include a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, restaurant, snack bar, mini-market, boutique, theater, as well as 2 swimming pools (heated in winter), an animation pool and a quiet pool (seasonally open) with sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

The modern apartments (approx. 54 sqm) are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for the 3rd/4th person, a separate bedroom, satellite flat-screen TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub/toilet, safety deposit box (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace (AA2). Also available for single use (AA1), as a single/child occupancy (AAK), or as Type B (AB2 - different occupancy).

The comfortably furnished apartments have a bath or shower/WC, a combined living/sleeping area with two sofa beds (each 1.60m long), a separate bedroom, telephone, TV, kitchenette, safety deposit box (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace. Also available with sea view (2AM), for single use (A11), or as a saver apartment (SSA, max. 2 adults).

Breakfast and dinner served in a varied buffet style (two dinner seatings). A reduced late riser breakfast is available from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style with hot and cold dishes (two dinner seatings). Drinks served with meals include house wine, beer, table water, juices, and soft drinks.
A selection of good national/local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the AI menu is available at the bar from 11 AM to 11 PM. International drinks are also available (though not included in AI, AI guests receive a special price). Portion ice cream, sandwiches, and cakes are served at specific times in the afternoon.
The AI service is personalized and therefore non-transferable. To avoid misunderstandings during order placement, wearing the wristband visibly is mandatory. Please order drinks individually per person.
