Balcony Cabin

A spot in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 sqm) combine modern living with private outdoor enjoyment. The private balcony (3–10 sqm) with a cozy hammock offers dreamlike sea views. Thoughtful space design, a comfortable double bed, possibly additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxing oasis of well-being above the waves.

Located directly on the sandy beach of Costa Calma (partially interrupted by cliffs and rock formations). The shopping center "Centro Comercial Sotavento" is nearby. The airport is approx. 62 km away.

Facilities

Well-known and very popular holiday complex, consisting of 6 building sections with a total of 310 units. Facilities include a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, restaurant, snack bar, mini-market, boutique, theater, as well as 2 swimming pools (heated in winter), an activity pool and a quiet pool (seasonally open) with sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available.

The modern apartments (approx. 54 sqm) are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for the 3rd/4th person, separate bedroom, satellite flat-screen TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub/toilet, safe for rent, and balcony or terrace (AA2). Also available for single use (AA1), as single/child (AAK) occupancy, or as Type B (AB2-different occupancy).

Apartment with Sea View

The apartments are equipped like Type A apartments and also feature a sea view (sometimes partial sea view) (AC2). Also available for single use (AC1) or as single/child (ACK) occupancy.

Apartment (FUEA06/FUEB20)

The comfortably furnished apartments have a bath or shower/toilet, a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds (each 1.60m long), a separate bedroom, telephone, television, kitchenette, rental safe, and balcony or terrace. Optionally available with sea view (2AM), for single use (A11), or as a saver apartment (SSA max. 2 adults).
(1-bedroom apartment under FUEB20 available for single use (A11) or single + child (A1K)).

Half Board

Breakfast and dinner served in a varied buffet style (dinner served in two seatings). A reduced late riser breakfast is available from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style with hot and cold dishes (dinner served in two seatings). Drinks served at the table in the restaurant include house wine, beer, still water, juices, and soft drinks.
A selection of good national/local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the AI card is available at the bar from 11 AM to 11 PM. International drinks are also available (these are not included in AI, but AI guests receive a special price). Portion ice cream, sandwiches, and cakes are served at specific times in the afternoon.
The AI service is per person and therefore non-transferable. To avoid misunderstandings when ordering, bracelets must be worn visibly. Please order drinks individually and per person.
