Balcony Cabin

A spot in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 sqm) combine modern living with a private outdoor experience. Your own balcony (3–10 sqm) with a cozy hammock offers fantastic sea views. Thoughtful room design, a comfortable double bed, possibly additional sleeping facilities, and a modern bathroom create a relaxing oasis of well-being above the waves.

Located directly on the sandy beach of Costa Calma (partially interrupted by cliffs and rock formations). The shopping center "Centro Comercial Sotavento" is nearby. The airport is approx. 62 km away.

Facilities

Well-known and very popular holiday resort, consisting of 6 building sections with a total of 310 units. Facilities include a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, restaurant, snack bar, minimarket, boutique, theater, as well as 2 swimming pools (heated in winter), one animation pool and one quiet pool (seasonally open) with sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

The modern apartments (approx. 54 sqm) are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping facilities for the 3rd/4th person, a separate bedroom, satellite flat-screen TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub/WC, safety deposit box for rent, and a balcony or terrace (AA2). Also available for single use (AA1), as single/child (AAK) occupancy, or as Type B (AB2 - different occupancy).

Apartment with Sea View

The comfortably furnished apartments have a bath or shower/WC, a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds (each 1.60m long), a separate bedroom, TV, kitchenette, safety deposit box for rent, and a balcony or terrace. Optionally available with sea view (2AM), for single use (A11), or as a saver apartment (SSA max. 2 adults).
(Apartment 1 bedroom under FUEB20 bookable as single use (A11) or single + child (A1K)).

Half Board

Breakfast and dinner in a varied buffet style (2 dining times in the evening). A reduced late riser breakfast is available from 10-10:30 AM.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style with hot and cold dishes. (2 dining times in the evening). The drink selection in the restaurant includes house wine, beer, table water, juices, and soft drinks.
A selection of good national/local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the AI card is available at the bar from 11 AM to 11 PM. International drinks are also available (while not included in AI, AI guests receive a special price). Portion ice cream, sandwiches, and cakes are available at specific times in the afternoon.
The AI service is personalized and therefore not transferable. To avoid misunderstandings during ordering, wearing the bracelets visibly is mandatory. Please order drinks individually and only per person.
