Balcony Cabin

A spot in the sun – or under the stars: the stylish balcony cabins (14-17 sqm) combine modern living with private outdoor enjoyment. The private balcony (3-10 sqm) with a cozy hammock offers fantastic sea views. Well-designed space, a comfortable double bed, possibly additional sleeping possibilities, and a modern bathroom create a relaxing oasis of well-being on the waves.

Located directly on the sandy beach of Costa Calma (partially interrupted by cliffs and rock formations). The shopping center "Centro Comercial Sotavento" is nearby. The airport is approx. 62 km away.

Facilities

Well-known and very popular holiday complex, consisting of 6 building sections with a total of 310 units. Facilities include a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, restaurant, snack bar, mini-market, boutique, theater, as well as 2 swimming pools (heated in winter), an activity pool and a quiet pool (seasonally open) with sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

The modern apartments (approx. 54 sqm) are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for the 3rd/4th person, separate bedroom, satellite flat-screen TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub/WC, rental safe, and balcony or terrace (AA2). Also bookable for single use (AA1), as single/child (AAK) occupancy, or as Type B (AB2-different occupancy).

Apartment with Sea View

The apartments are equipped like Type A apartments and additionally offer sea views (sometimes side sea views) (AC2). Also bookable for single use (AC1) or as single/child (ACK) occupancy.

Apartment (FUEA06/FUEB20)

The comfortably furnished apartments have a bathroom or shower/WC, a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds (each 1.60m long), a separate bedroom, telephone, television, kitchenette, rental safe, and balcony or terrace. Optionally also available with sea view (2AM), for single use (A11), or as a saver apartment (SSA max. 2 adults). (Apartment 1 bedroom under FUEB20 bookable as single use (A11) or single+child (A1K)).

Breakfast and dinner in a varied buffet style (dinner served in two seatings). From 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, a reduced late risers' breakfast is available.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style with hot and cold dishes. (Dinner served in two seatings). The beverage selection in the restaurant includes table wine, beer, still water, juices, and soft drinks. A selection of good national/local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the AI menu is available at the bar from 11 AM to 11 PM. International drinks are also available (although not included in AI, AI guests receive a special price). In the afternoon, at specific times, portioned ice cream, sandwiches, and cakes are served. The AI service is personalized and therefore non-transferable. To avoid misunderstandings during ordering, wearing visible wristbands is mandatory. Please also place drink orders individually and per person. Children under 18 years do not receive alcohol. Fitness room included (from 18 years of age).
