Located behind the sister hotel Iberostar Playa Gaviotas, the long, light sandy beach is approximately 300 meters away (sun loungers on the beach are available from local providers, for a fee and subject to availability).
Jandia with its shopping and entertainment facilities is approximately 1.5 km away.
The popular fishing village of Morro Jable is about 4 km away.
The airport is approximately 80 km away.

The hotel, renovated in 2024, features 237 rooms and suites spread across up to 6 floors, a reception area with a front desk, Wi-Fi included throughout the hotel, elevators, a restaurant, lobby bar, and bar lounge.
