Balcony Cabin

A spot in the sun – or under the stars: the stylish balcony cabins (14–17 sqm) combine modern living with a private outdoor experience. The private balcony (3–10 sqm) with a cozy hammock offers dreamlike sea views. Thoughtful room design, a comfortable double bed, optional additional sleeping space, and a modern bathroom create a relaxing oasis above the waves.

Directly on the approximately 25 km long sandy beach (sun loungers available from local providers for a fee, subject to availability). Jandia is about 1.5 km away. The popular fishing village of Morro Jable is about 4 km away.
The airport is approximately 80 km away.

Facilities

The comfortable hotel with 375 rooms spread over 8 floors is equipped with a reception hall, elevators, several bars, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (included), a bowling alley (for a fee), a buffet restaurant, and a tapas bar (open depending on guest numbers).
The outdoor area features a spacious pool landscape with 2 pools (1 pool heated in winter), a separate children's pool, sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool/snackbar. Additionally, the hotel offers a newly built rooftop bar in 2025 with a wonderful view.
