Balcony Cabin

A spot in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with private outdoor space. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a comfortable hammock offers dreamlike views of the sea. Thoughtful interior design, a comfortable double bed, potentially additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxing oasis above the waves.

Directly on the approx. 25 km long sandy beach (sun loungers provided by local operators for a fee/subject to availability). Jandia is about 1.5 km away. The popular fishing village of Morro Jable is about 4 km away.
The airport is approx. 80 km away.

Facilities

The comfortable hotel with 375 rooms on 8 floors is equipped with a lobby with reception, elevators, several bars, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (included), bowling alley (for a fee), buffet restaurant, and tapas bar (open depending on guest volume).
The outdoor area features a spacious pool landscape with 2 pools (1 pool heated in winter), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, as well as a pool/snackbar. Additionally, the hotel offers a newly built rooftop bar in 2025 with beautiful views.
