The hotel is centrally located, approx. 100m from the kilometer-long sandy beach. The fishing village of Morro Jable is about 1.5km away. Shops and entertainment facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel has 238 rooms spread over 3 floors and is equipped with a large reception hall with a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, elevators, and a buffet restaurant.
