The hotel is centrally located, about 100m from the kilometer-long sandy beach. The fishing village of Morro Jable is about 1.5km away. Shops and entertainment venues can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel has 238 rooms spread over 3 floors and is equipped with a large lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, elevators, and a buffet restaurant.
