The hotel is centrally located, approx. 100m from the kilometer-long sandy beach. Morro Jable fishing village is about 1.5km away. Shops and entertainment venues can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel has 238 rooms spread over 3 floors and is equipped with a large reception hall with a reception desk, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, elevators, and a buffet restaurant.
