The hotel has 238 rooms spread over 3 floors and is equipped with a large reception hall with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, elevators and a buffet restaurant. In the well-kept outdoor area with a tropical flair, there is a large pool landscape with 2 swimming pools (one of them heated in winter), a jacuzzi (integrated into the pool), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar as well as a lounge bar.

The double rooms have a bathroom with bathtub/toilet with hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and seasonal operation), telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea making facilities, safe for rent for a fee and a furnished balcony facing the busy street side (D).

Family room

Same facilities as the double rooms, but more spacious and with an additional sleeping facility for the extra person. The family rooms are located on the ground floor with a terrace facing the busy street side (DF2).

Family room Type B

Same facilities as the family rooms facing the land, but located towards the pool side (FZ2).

Junior Suite

Same facilities as the double rooms, but more spacious, with a shower and a separate combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the extra person. All rooms have a furnished balcony. Some rooms face the busy street side (JS2).

Same facilities as the double rooms (street side), but at a special price (DXI).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form. Late riser breakfast until 10:30 am. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 11 am to 11 pm at the open bar. Snacks at certain times. Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
