The park is open year-round and offers several restaurants, a children's play area, and a farm with domestic animals. A shuttle service is also available (€6.50 per person, pick-up times from each hotel, return trips at 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM). The distance varies between 6-30 km (15-30 minutes travel time) depending on the hotel/location.

The hotel has 238 rooms spread over 3 floors and is equipped with a large lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, elevators, and a buffet restaurant. The well-maintained outdoor area with a tropical flair features a large pool landscape with 2 swimming pools (one of which is heated in winter), a whirlpool (integrated into the pool), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a pool bar, and a lounge bar.
