The kilometer-long, wide sandy beach of Playa de Jandia is only about 300 meters away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot by crossing the coastal road.
Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities as well as restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity.
Morro Jable fishing village is about 1.5 km away and the airport is about 83 km away.

The complex, which is built in terraces and is located on a gentle slope, has 40 studios spread over 3 floors (no elevator).
The complex also offers a reception (open for a few hours during the day), free Wi-Fi areas, a swimming pool, a large Sun Terrace with loungers and fixed sunshades, and a pool/snack bar.

Are functionally equipped and have a combined living/sleeping area, a built-in seating area (sleeping accommodation for the extra person) and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and coffee machine, free satellite TV, a safe for rent, a bathroom with a shower/toilet with a hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace.
