Location

The kilometers-long, wide sandy beach of Playa de Jandia is only approx. 300 meters away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot by crossing the coastal road.
Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as restaurants and bars, are located in the immediate vicinity.
The fishing village of Morro Jable is approx. 1.5 km away and the airport is approx. 83 km away.

The complex, built in a terraced style and situated on a gentle slope, has 40 studios spread over 3 floors (no elevator).
The complex also offers a reception (open for a few hours during the day), free Wi-Fi areas, a swimming pool, a large sun terrace with loungers and fixed sunshades, as well as a pool/snack bar.

Are functionally furnished and have a combined living/sleeping area, a built-in corner bench (sleeping space for the extra person) and kitchenette with refrigerator and coffee machine, free satellite TV, a safe for rent, a bathroom with shower/toilet with hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace.
Some studios have a limited sea view (S12).
Also available for single use (S11).
