This complex is located in the resort of Jandia on a hillside.
The sandy beach, approximately 300 meters away, is partly accessible via stairs.

The small, terraced apartment complex with a total of 17 apartments has a reception (open for a few hours during the day) with a small lobby.
Free Wi-Fi in the reception area during opening hours.
The outdoor area features a terrace with a swimming pool and sun loungers.

The apartments have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, bathroom with bathtub/WC and hairdryer on the lower level. There is a living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person (accessible via a few steps), free satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, telephone, and a rental safe, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace.
