Location

The hotel, with a magnificent panoramic sea view, is located directly on the approx. 25 km long, gently sloping, fine sandy beach (sun loungers on the beach are provided by local vendors, for a fee and subject to availability).
It is approx. 1.5 km to Jandia and the shopping and entertainment options there.
The airport is approx. 80 km away.
The popular fishing village of Morro Jable is approx. 4 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, modernised in 2025 and classified as a 5-star property, features 437 rooms, a lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, several bars, a buffet restaurant with national and international cuisine, and a Japanese à-la-carte restaurant (advance reservation on-site required/subject to availability/open several times a week/appropriate attire required).
In the spacious outdoor area, there are 2 swimming pools and a separate children's pool (all can be heated in winter), a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a restaurant.
For guests in the Star Prestige room categories (bookable for ages 15 and up).

The double rooms are approx. 32 m² and feature air conditioning (centrally controlled), satellite TV, safe (included), minibar (replenishment for a fee/on request), bathrobe and slippers, pillow menu (on request on-site/subject to availability), pool towels, tea/coffee making facilities, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished terrace or balcony (D/DA).

Double Room Side Sea View

Equipped the same as the double rooms, but with a side sea view (DMS/AMS).

Double Room Sea View

Equipped the same as the double rooms, but with a direct sea view (DM/DMA).

Double Room Interconnecting

These rooms consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (CI2/CIA).

Beachfront Sea View Deluxe

Equipped the same as the Sea View Double Rooms, but located in the front row of the resort on the ground floor. Thanks to the optimal location, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea.
Additionally featuring amenities such as a VIP welcome package with a bottle of sparkling wine and e.g., fruit, 1x free entry per stay to the unique "SPA Sensations", as well as 10% discount on treatments in the SPA area. Also available for single occupancy (B2D).

Double Room Sea View Priority Location

Equipped the same as the Sea View Double Rooms, but located on the upper floors (6th-8th floor), (2PY).
Also available for single occupancy (1PY).

Double Room Type B Sharing Pool

Equipped the same as the double rooms, with the additional benefit of direct access from your own terrace (steps present) with loungers to the swimming pool (DB/SMB).
Optionally also available for single occupancy (DEB/XES).

Double Room Sea View Star Prestige

Equipped the same as the Sea View Double Rooms, with additional access to the exclusive Star Prestige area (DQM/AQM).
Also available for single occupancy (DQE/AQE).
Bookable for ages 15 and up.

Junior Suite Sea View Star Prestige

Equipped the same as the Sea View Double Room Star Prestige, but more spacious (approx. 40 m²), (J2M).
Bookable for ages 15 and up.

Suite Star Prestige Sea View

Equipped the same as the Sea View Double Room Star Prestige, but more spacious (approx. 55 m²) and additionally with a living area (SXM).
Bookable for ages 15 and up.

Double Room Terrace (FUE130I)

The approx. 40 m² modern furnished double rooms feature air conditioning, shower/WC, minibar (for a fee), telephone, rental safe, bathrobes, slippers, terrace with sun loungers and pool view (DT2/DT). Optionally also available for single occupancy (DT1/DET).

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to have dinner at the pool restaurant (choice of menu/upon advance reservation).
One dinner per stay in the Japanese à-la-carte restaurant included (upon advance reservation/subject to availability/open several times a week).
