Located above the kilometer-long Esquinzo sandy beach, on a gentle slope.
The beach is approximately 350 m away (gentle descent), the Jandia holiday region is about 6 km away, and the fishing village of Morro Jable is approximately 10 km away (local bus connection on the main road).
The airport is approx. 77 km away.

The complex, with its individual living character, consists of 141 accommodation units with a central reception (German-speaking), a cozy lounge, bar, a restaurant, and a small supermarket.
The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Beach towels are available for a deposit/exchange fee at the hotel.
Accommodation can be in either the Monte del Mar or Esquinzo section.

The simply furnished apartments have a combined living/bedroom (sofa bed for a 3rd person), separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric stove, coffee machine (deposit required), and refrigerator, a bathroom with bathtub or shower/toilet, hairdryer, safe (free), and satellite TV (free), Wi-Fi (free), air conditioning (included in summer).

Duplex Apartments

Equipped similarly to the apartments, with the difference that the bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper floor, accessible via stairs (DU2).
Also available for single use (DU1).

Equipped with a combined living/bedroom with 2 beds, kitchenette, safe (free), satellite TV (free), bathroom with bathtub or shower/toilet, furnished balcony or terrace (S12).
Maximum occupancy 2 people (crib for infants not possible).
