The hotel is located in the holiday area of Jandia. The long sandy beach can be reached after approx. 550 meters. Shopping and entertainment venues as well as restaurants and bars can be found in the immediate vicinity. It is approx. 2 km to the fishing village of Morro Jable. The airport is approx. 85 km away.

The hotel, built in a terraced style on a hillside, has 150 residential units on 9 floors (including the ground floor), lifts, reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a bar, and a restaurant. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool and a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
Furthermore, the hotel offers a roof terrace with seating and a whirlpool with a beautiful view, as well as a separate nudist area.
