Located on the outskirts of the small village of El Cotillo in the northwest of the island.
The beach with several bathing coves is approx. 200 m away; it is an ideal area for surfers.
A promenade, a small fishing harbour, several restaurants, and a supermarket are located nearby.
Approx. 20 km from Corralejo (regular bus connections several times daily) and approx. 45 km from the airport.

The tastefully furnished apartments (approx. 40 m²) are located on the 1st floor (accessible via stairs) and feature a rental safe, satellite TV, air conditioning (free/centrally controlled), a separate bedroom, an open-plan kitchenette, a living area with sleeping facilities for the 3rd person, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony with sun loungers and a large roof terrace (accessible via stairs) with an outdoor bathtub (A2B).
