Location

On the outskirts of the small fishing village of El Cotillo in the northwest of the island.
The beach with several bathing bays is about 300 m away; it is an ideal surfing area.
A promenade, a small fishing harbor, several restaurants, and a supermarket are nearby.
The airport is about 45 km away.

The hotel complex, modernized in 2021, has 152 rooms, a spacious reception hall with a reception and elevator, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a buffet restaurant. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool and a children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers, and a pool/snackbar.
The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with a bar (open in the evenings) and live music several times a week at certain times.
