Upon leaving the complex, you will find yourself directly on the kilometer-long, gently sloping sandy beach of Costa Calma.

The modern complex, which impresses with its exceptional architecture, offers spectacular sea views and a total of 54 living units (accessible via stairs) spread across 4 floors. It features a reception (open for a few hours during the day) and free Wi-Fi. As a special amenity, beach towels (deposit required), bathrobes (subject to availability), and a selection of holiday reading material are provided.

The apartments (approx. 35 sqm) feature a separate bedroom, satellite TV, safe (included), living area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, kitchenette, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).

1 Bedroom Apartment with Sea View

Same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, with the addition of sea views from the balcony or terrace (2AM).
Also bookable for single occupancy (1AM).

2 Bedroom Apartment

Same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, but with an additional second bedroom.
The rooms offer partial or direct sea views (22M).
(Preferred view can only be requested as a non-binding customer wish).

Studio

The studio has a combined living/sleeping area, safe (included), kitchenette, bathroom with shower/WC, and a balcony with a side sea view.

The studios are approximately 10-12 sqm and are therefore only bookable for single occupancy.
Maximum occupancy 1 adult (S11).

Breakfast is available on request as a choice of menu.

Arrival by car

From the airport, please drive in the direction of Morro Jable (FV2). The route to Morro Jable is well signposted. Keep driving straight ahead. Once you reach Costa Calma, pass the first roundabout and continue towards Jandia. After about 500 meters, you will reach the next roundabout; turn left here, keep to the left, and take the first street on the right.
Now, drive straight ahead towards the water, and you will arrive directly at Maryvent.
