The nearest town center with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is only approx. 200 m away. A train station is approx. 400 m away and a bus stop is approx. 200 m away. The air-conditioned 3-star hotel has a main and an adjacent building with 8 floors and a total of 189 rooms (166 double rooms, 15 double rooms superior, and 8 junior suites). The facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour reception, lobby, lounge, 5 lifts, panoramic lift, luggage room, restaurant, bar (hotel bar), roof terrace (on the 9th floor of the hotel) with rooftop bar, infinity pool and FKK/nudist area, outdoor area with sun terrace, swimming pool, and pool bar (seasonally open).
