The complex has a total of 216 residential units as well as a large lobby with reception, Wi-Fi (included), bar (non-smoking) and a restaurant (non-smoking) as well as an à la carte beach restaurant (for a fee, from approx. April-September). In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool (non-heated fresh water) and pool bar (seasonally open). Bath towels, loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool.

The apartments with partial sea view are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, living/sleeping area (with sofa bed) and a separate bedroom, kitchenette, telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, safe (included), balcony or terrace and partial sea view (2AS). Apartment with 2 bedrooms and partial sea view can be booked for an additional charge (23S).

Studio with partial sea view

The studios with partial sea view have the same amenities as the apartments, but only a living/sleeping area, no separate bedroom (M2S).
