Location

The complex is only approx. 5 km from the beach "Punta de Chullera". Marbella is about 50 km away. Small supermarket near the complex. Manilva is approx. 7 km away and Estepona with numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities is approx. 17 km away.

Built in the style of an Andalusian village, the complex has a total of 328 residential units, a reception area with a reception, restaurant and bar/cafeteria. In the lovingly designed outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool (Adults Only), a separate family pool and a sun terrace (sun loungers and umbrellas included), as well as a pool bar/snackbar.

The apartments (1 bedroom) are attractively furnished, with bath/WC, living/sleeping area with sofa bed, separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning and terrace (A12).
